March 2015 horoscope - Virgo

Virgo, for you, this month like no other is all about relationships. How you approach other people, how you approach partnerships, you’ll be confronted with having to make a decision on what the terms of the relationship are, what the boundaries are – it’s not looking like there are many and firm ones in place at the moment – and what the level of dependence and independence is. Most importantly, for those Virgos coupled up, the question of whether or not you actually want to be in a relationship comes up. For those who are single, a new relationship could be knocking on the door, suddenly and unexpected with something who is unusual, different, if not eccentric and someone who feeds your need for a compassionate partner who wears his heart on his sleeve, someone with an interest in all things spiritual and innovative. Now, as always, this can also be about a business partnership and your place of work – lots is going on at work these days and if you are on a temporary contract or work as a freelancer or contractor, you may have to re-negotiate the terms of your employment.

So, to sum it up, it’s eclipse season and the solar eclipse in your opposite sign of Pisces takes place on 20^th March 2015 while at the same time, the Pluto – Uranus square is in full swing, the last time for a long time. However, it puts the some of the pressure you’ve been feeling over the past couple of years already back on the agenda – in your case around relationships and soul growth, your innermost feelings and your house and home. Generally speaking, eclipses have the potential to create powerful events in our lives and what will be triggered around the time of the eclipse often emerges up to three months prior to the eclipse.  It’s an emotionally charged and dramatic time, often accompanied by partnership make-up or break-ups. With Uranus being a constant companion of this particular eclipse cycle, things could develop very suddenly.

This solar eclipse is in the nakshatra of Uttarabhadra, ruled by Saturn. During this period, there is a profound tendency to protect and secure the status quo, established structures and systems which have been in place for a long time already. It’s the nakshatra fo thee ‘later auspicious result’ where we go deeper into the subject matter and where we understanding better what life is all about. We now make a commitment to being of service, the higher cause, to selflessness and most important to a spiritual awakening.

For single Virgos, this is really one of the key times of the year to meet someone – Jupiter, the planet of expansion is in the area of your chart to do with new connections, Saturn wants you to choose wisely and plan for the long-term while the eclipse could push someone new into your direction. Exciting times!

Later on in the month, it’s all about joint finances, family affairs, joint resources and intimacy – while those in a relationship will either ‘battle it out’ with a partner in search for the truth – whatever that may be, those who are single and/or dating may be getting to know their new acquaintance a bit better.
