December 2013 horoscope - Virgo

I follow the sidereal calendar; this is the monthly solar horoscope for birthdays from 16th September to 15th October or Virgo Ascendants and Moons

Virgo, you now have Mars, the planet of innovation, pioneering spirit, productivity and energy until mid-July 2014. This gives you a lot of stamina, physical strength and willpower to get a lot of work done – which is how you like it. However, a lot of your focus over this time is likely to be on commercial business, meetings, teamwork, reports, exchanging ideas and selling your ideas and yourself. As a Virgo and in particular a Virgo Ascendant, your daily work environment and your professional life may have undergone some changes, perhaps even upheavals. If this is the case and you’d like to really make a change now, the current planetary transits and combinations are a classic time where you can modify certain aspects of working life and where want to ‘make an effort’ and – quite literally – be ‘hands on’. Even if you’ve not thought about it before, the indicators for a self-owned business are strong too – anywhere where you can apply your business sense with something manual would be ideal. Simply put, Virgos are fairly good communicators anyway – in the sense that they are very thorough –and over the coming months, this will serve you well. You will be easily able to multi-task, manage the influx of emails, calls and text messages in what may turn out to be a very busy time for you as your commercial senses are at an all-time high. There also seems to be a lot more travelling and short(er)-distance journeys ahead for you, especially this month.

The new Moon on 3rd December in this area in your chart is kind of the beginning of this general busy-ness that hits you over the coming weeks. Either that or you’ll simply be travelling a lot now and meeting up with people. For some of you, especially those that are thinking about a career change or a second job that is a bit more hands on and allows you to be a bit more creative, this is a time period where you start looking into the types of skills you need, the courses you need to sign up for and generally what it takes to ‘achieve’.
