You’re bouncing off the walls this month Gemini as you
feel a definite shift is in the air! You are not someone who needs to be the
centre of attention at all times but your energy is contagious now as you look
forward into the future with a great deal of optimism. And so you should. Although
for the first week in June, you are still clearing out old baggage and renewing
your spirits, especially around the time of the new Moon on the 8th June in
Taurus, June’s activities and general pace takes off with the Sun, Mercury,
Venus and Jupiter in your sign. This ensures you feel attractive and ready for
action. It’s your annual new beginning and a time of reinvention and whatever
plans you’ve been hatching and whatever has been brewing underneath the surface
is now ready to burst to the open. For some of you, this may have to do with
relationships which, over the past year, you may have kept a little more
private than other people as well as yourself may have previously been used to.
Equally, if you were involved with someone over the past 12 months, then this
person may have travelled a lot or there was some sort of a distance there that
kept you apart. In the worst case, your fantasies and wishful thinking may have
replaced tangible and realistic partnerships with somewhat unrealistic
expectations on relationships – but let’s hope not! In any case, relationships
over the next 12 months and in June in particular will be a major focus as you
identify, perhaps more than ever, with being in a relationship and what it
means to be part of a couple. Gemini’s don’t commit too easily but over the
coming period, you associate strongly with your partner and his or her needs.
So, for the most part, June will be quite a vibrant
month for you, you are charismatic and confident. This also has a positive
effect on your career where you are now regarded as competent, competitive and
a trend setter. As a Gemini, you may prefer to not be bound to a long-term
contract so working for yourself is now a very viable option and in June
especially, these qualities attract new customers or exiting new work projects
to you where you take on the role of the leader. Previously, you may have not

If we have positive expectations, a lore more can be achieved as you won’t even notice when you fail, i.e. have to try again! To have this attitude is a gift that you’ll be given and that you need to make sure you carry forward with you forever. Just as the summer begins in the Northern hemisphere, we are ready to socialise and interact with others a lot more than usual. From the interaction with others, new ideas and concepts are formed, new associations developed, new facts picked up and experiences made. As an air sign, you are in your element! You are ready to flirt, be creative and create something that truly reflects who you are – for some this includes children! Equally, relationships are serious business for Gemini’s these days and the full Moon on 23rd June in Sagittarius puts the spotlight on partnerships. It’s a culmination point and you are now fully aware of the facts and where you stand with one particular person. Sometimes full Moons spell the end of relationships but I think this one is not one of them. Although this desperate urge for freedom and to live life exactly the way you want it may get in the way, Saturn’s influence from your house of true love is a stabilising one. So, if you are single, then this time period could spell the end of that status – of course everything is a process and this is one which began in late December 2011 when you either finished a previous relationship or started working on yourself (I know!) and expectations and attitudes that made you repeat relationship patterns that after this point were no longer acceptable.
