June 2013 horoscope - Scorpio

Scorpio, your dealings with others are on the agenda this month and in particular in the first two weeks June 2013, you may be crafting financial agreements or you are working on the state of your relationship and how it should look and feel like moving forward. What are the foundations you want to build your joint futures on and do you or your partner have the emotional and financial resources to implement the plans you are so eager to implement?

The new Moon on the 8^th June is your annual new beginning in your house of committed relationships and business partnerships. It’s a supportive new Moon and a good time to steer a certain relationship into a new direction. With Mars in the mix, you’ll have the energy to initiate and push forward with suggestions and ideas of what needs to improve, brought in and change in your existing relationships. You now identify strongly with your partner and their needs but Scorpios, always need to be aware of possible friction and tension that come with an intense focus on relationships.  If joint finances are the issue, don’t let things get to you and be blown out of all proportion.

Needless to say that this is also a really nice time for single Scorpios and hopefully most will have felt a change in the air since May and especially around the time of the lunar eclipse on 25^th May. Scorpios with their Ascendants, Suns or Moons at 10 degrees of Scorpio (or those born around 26^th November) would have felt this the most. The lunar eclipse in your sign followed by the new Moon in your opposite sign supported by Uranus in your house of true love may just sweep someone new into your life. Equally, if you met someone over this past year as Jupiter provided you with opportunities around relationships and brought the optimism around relationships back into your life, you are now eager to move things to the next level. You are dividing responsibilities and at the same time establishing more intimacy with your partner as Jupiter, the planet of expansion moves on into your 8^th house of joint resources, intimacy – but also secrets.

So, the big news this month is that Jupiter changes signs and for you this shifts some of the good fortune, opportunities and general ‘grandness’ into the area in your chart to do with deep healing and some sort of a transformation of the state of your finances. The speed in which transformation takes place can be a little terrifying at first but the emphasis is on regeneration and this also concerns fears and anxieties you’ve been carrying around with you for some time.

Over this coming year, you may also find yourself dealing more with concerns around your pensions, insurances, inheritance, wills and family estates. It’s probably been a long time coming but sorting out your financial future is an important part of life and the process, as you go through it particularly in June, may be a healing one that allows you to put to rest some of the ghosts from the past. The full Moon on 23^rd June in Sagittarius has the potential to bring any financial dealings with banks, insurance companies, the tax man or to do with inheritance to an end. For some, this may have been a long process that began back in November 2011 and whatever you have been dealing with and that has had an impact on your finances is now finished up. As you went through this process, what you truly value – including yourself – may have changed in shape, form and expectation.

So, the grand air trine formed by Neptune, Saturn, Venus, Mercury, the Sun and the Moon this month is a beautiful and welcome respite, introducing a little bit of ease. Our ideals are high this month and our ideas far reaching. Just as the summer begins in the Northern hemisphere, we are ready to socialise and interact with others a lot more than usual. From the interaction with others, new ideas and concepts are formed, new associations developed, new facts picked up and experiences made. For you, Scorpio this air trine connects you with people from abroad, perhaps you are considering a move and if not to a foreign country, then to a new home. It may even be that it’s just a home with four walls to start with as Neptune going through your 4^th house of your roots has not provided a lot of stability in this area over the past years. The effortlessness that is introduced through trines may alleviate some of the pressure of the 7 ½ year Sade Sati period that those with a Scorpio Moon are currently going through.
