From an
astrological perspective, March is an exciting month with Jupiter, the planet
of luck and abundance moving forward on 7th March,
Saturn, your ruler, and Mars going retrograde for quite some time and two new
Moons in the same month. So the month begins with the first of the two taking
place on 1st March in Aquarius and no one knows quite like you how money makes
the world go round. The beginning of March introduces a new financial cycle for
you and the possibility to get rid of any misunderstandings or miscommunication
over the coming two weeks. It’s a time to focus on your finances and possibly
also those of your partner or those jointly held with your partner. If this is
the case, now is the time to discuss finances including those around family
planning in detail.
Looking at
your chart, I feel that March is going to be a good month for you. Although
your ruler, Saturn, is going retrograde on 3rd March until
20th July 2014 and you’ll still have to apply yourself very much so at
work, you’ll have the charisma to attract the right people and circumstances to
you. Perhaps others may think you’re lucky - you certainly come across as very
vibrant and full of energy at the moment. You’re leadership qualities are
sought after these days and if you are looking for a new job, start the process
now – next month is great for finances to put yourself in the right position.
After a long year of hard work and probably many upheavals, this is a welcome
change for you. Perhaps you also feel more attractive than you have done in
quite some time, which, if you are single and looking, can be a nice
distraction. It seems as though quite a bit of good fortune is on your side
this month.
The full Moon
on 16th March in Virgo takes place in an area of your chart that has a lot
to do with good fortune and is in a supportive angle to your Sun, in particular
if you are born between 15th to 20th January or if you have your Ascendant at around 0 to 10 degrees of
Capricorn. This full Moon is in the nakshatra of Hasta and is ruled by the
Moon. According to ancient astrology, this nakshatra has the power to manifest
what one seeks and is a placement of healing through the hands but also through
the mind, i.e. our intellect. As this nakashatra is ruled by the Moon, we’re
also trying to protect what we have and those we love avoiding any unnecessary
disruption and risk at all cost. During these times, there may also be a
tendency to parent our partners which now comes from a need to comfort and
protect those around us. For you, some of this may indeed have to do with your
relationships, joint finances, communication in relationships and looking
towards the future with a positive outlook and a renewed sense of optimism. Some
Capricorns may also be thinking of going into full-time education, becoming
teachers or mentors themselves or completing some other skills course that
brings some advantages at work. Travelling can also feature quite strongly now.
With Mars, the planet of action also going retrograde on 2nd March until
20th May and adding some extra focus onto this area of your chart, you
may find yourself on a plane sooner rather than later. But again, this is a
great placement for those that want to teach or ‘pass on the message’ to a
large and especially international audience.
The second new
Moon of the month on 31st March is in the area of your chart to do with ideas, creativity
and your skills and although it is conjunct Uranus, the planet of sudden and
erratic change and behaviour forming a square with Pluto and opposing Mars, it
is probably easier for you to handle than for some of the other signs. For you,
this can be a very creative energy, innovative and ultimately perhaps a
liberating experience to do with your thoughts, ideas, your work, health and
other ‘projects’ you undertake jointly with others including intimate partners.
Have a great
month, Capricorn!
