July 2014 horoscope - Aquarius

I follow the sidereal calendar; this is the July 2014 astrology forecast for birthdays from 13^th February to 14^th March or Aquarius Ascendants and Moons

Aquarius, your health and wellbeing is in the spotlight now and until the summer of next year. If you have been feeling a little lethargic and thought you needed to go on a detox, now is the time – especially around the new Moon on 27^th July that has a bit of a cleansing or healing energy to it. Talking about detox, this can also be the case for your relationships, while there is an element of conflict, the outcome after you’ve confronted what needs to be discussed head on should be a positive one. In fact, any one to one encounters, have the chance to be improved now. This is down to – and I’ve already mentioned it in June - Jupiter moving into the sign of Cancer and into the area to do with nutrition, health, fitness and keeping a balance in your life (so this part in your chart also has to do with imbalances, conflict and arguments). 

But the next big push this summer is that Rahu / the North node and Ketu / the South node are changing signs. Rahu and Ketu denote the points of intersection of the paths of the Sun and the Moon as they transit through the sky. Therefore, Rahu and Ketu are respectively called the North and the South nodes of the Moon. The eclipses occur when the Sun and the Moon are at one of these points. Wherever Rahu travels through denotes the area in the chart where the most change, disruption but ultimately growth happens. For the past 18 months, learning a new skill, taking part in a course, further academic studies, publishing, writing, travelling and understanding the world by interacting with other people, religion and philosophy and for some the relationship to your father have been of key importance. Now, that the Moon’s nodes are moving into the area of you chart to do with other people’s money, mortgages, loans, insurance, tax and inheritance, your attention will be on how your bank balance is doing. Hopefully, now that you’ve completed that course you’ll benefit from it financially. For some Aquarians, this transit spells the beginning of a sudden (financial) transformation and an identity reborn. This is one of the transits when suddenly you could come into money or marry into money – be careful not to fall for deals that sound too good to be true. Equally, make sure your tax return is filed in time. 

The full Moon on 12^th July together with Pluto is a bit of an intense one and brings things at with friends, groups of people, your profit margins, hopes, hopes dreams and wishes to a close – perhaps with a bang and it concludes what began in January 2013. This could be a long term project, that still causes some issues that need to be ironed out or your partner’s schedule is either getting in the way of your plans or the two of you are out and about together, celebrating and socialising. For those who are single, this period is one of opportunity – you could be in the right place at the right time. 

This full Moon is in the nakshatra of Purvashada and is ruled by Venus. The meaning of this nakshatra is that of Early Victory and the invincible sea; wealth is said to be consistently high and this is generally a generous and positive Moon and gives a natural ability to organise and manage but with a tendency to jump to conclusions. Nevertheless, one that has an element of optimism, a taste of the big wide world.
