July 2013 horoscope - Pisces

Pisces, the last month was already quite a busy time for you in particular around your home and your career as you decided where you want to be heading next.

With Pluto, the planet of transformation, in your 10^th house of career putting the pressure on, the full Moon at the end of June would have been a time of ultimatums - the ones that come from other people as well as the ones you set yourself. Perhaps you felt a tug of burning ambition around your career as you now want to get more out of your job and most certainly transform it into something new and better. Part of this process may be a desire to gain more power, perhaps to bring about transformational change and healing to others through your career path or, if you are not in a job, as the head of the family. With the ongoing square of Uranus in your own sign, transformation and changes in your career and in terms of your life direction most likely would have come from you as you are seeking new challenges, adventures and insights. Although some people may call you eccentric now, your insights, vision and ideas are paving the way for the new you to emerge. You’re turning into someone with a vision for the future that other people will want to follow.

Now and for the next year, Jupiter is also part of the picture and forms a productive T-square with Uranus and Pluto. For you, Pisces, this is again connected to how you are changing but for the next year, you will want to make some real changes not only in your career but also your living situation. In July, you may now decide that it’s time to move home or at least start considering this as a serious option. Equally, if you are not moving and not planning to do so, then July 2013 will be a month when you may refurbish your home and give it a once over. What’s more, whenever the area of the chart do with our house and home is aspected, it also has to do with our inner home and our emotions. So, in July and in particular for the first two weeks before the Sun moves into Cancer, you may be a little more withdrawn and emotional and think about the foundations of your life more than usual and how they are changing and how you can make those more secure. The way you feel with your head and heart is changing and although you are naturally very intuitive, in July, your intuition moves to whole different level – trust your insights.

The new Moon on 7^th July is then a time to think about what makes you feel safe and secure. This is the time to explore and develop a sense of inner as well as outer security. The 4^th house is one of the pillar house which means that whenever they are heavily aspected, a lot of activity can be expected and in July 2013, this is particularly the case with the planet Mars in the mix. While there may be a lot of activity around house and home, small disagreements can also easily turn into verbally heated arguments. Perhaps it’ll have something to do with Mercury still being retrograde until 20^th July and things not progressing as quickly as you would like. This is the case especially if you are buying or selling a house or are negotiating new work contracts – Mercury in retrograde delays all things to do with administration so make sure you read the small print.

Also, this new Moon is in the nakshatra of Ardra, ruled by Rahu. This is the nakshtra of the wild one and the risk-taker. It is a somewhat shrewd placement where we communicate with wild force to elevate ourselves.  The ruler of this nakshatra is currently in your 8^th house of transformation and other people’s money together with Saturn, so in combination with a retrograde Mercury, you will definitely need to be a little patient now – and who knows, there may be some detail in new home or work contracts that are brought to the surface now so you can deal with them.

So, although there will also be some challenges involved around your career and home life in July, this is nevertheless a very productive time and perhaps there is a sense that almost nothing can now stop you from reaching your life and career goals if only you put your mind to it. A lot of the most successful people in the world have T-squares in their chart natally as this combination focuses their energies into a certain areas of life and although these aspects can be stressful, ultimately, they push you to bigger and better things. No pain no gain is the very apt expression!

From 16^th July, the focus then shifts from your living situation to romance, having fun and children. If you have children, there may be a few expenses now – perhaps you are indulging them now a little too much.

The full Moon towards the end of the month on 22^nd July 2013 in Capricorn in your solar 11^th house puts the focus on your goals, your hopes, friends, your corporate network and your business profits. Again, we have a T-square at the end of the month, this time with Saturn transiting through your house of other people’s money and sudden transformation. By now Saturn is moving forward after six months in retrograde motion. While, yet again, there may be some challenges to overcome in terms of other people’s finances, loans, tax, pension and insurance, Saturn is exalted in Libra so profits made or, if you are applying for loans or waiting for insurance pay-outs, the sum can be a handsome one.
