Gemini, March
is a month of progress for you in the areas that currently matter most to you –
your relationships and your joint futures. After some time of deliberation and
you weighing up your options, the picture becomes a lot clearer and you perhaps
begin to realise that the recent stumbling blocks of the past weeks or more
were put in your path for you to slow down and put all your ducks in one row.
For many Geminis it was an intense start to the year but you begin this month
with a sense of optimism, a newly found idealism and a joy for life. Your views
are firmly set towards the future and your plans, which mainly concern
relationships. Whether you are coupled up or not, you are likely to encounter
other people that go under your skin. This is a chance for you to establish a
connection with someone that's deeper than what you've known in the past. This
is a new and valuable experience for many (typical) Geminis that usually prefer
the lighthearted banter to the energy that's presented to them at this moment.
Equally, and some may have already experienced it in the recent past, but in
March and moving forward, you'll have to watch out for those particular
'others' that are overly controlling and domineering - or for you to develop
these tendencies. Come the end of March and into April in particular, things
are heating up again and conversations around money and / or where you live can
put a few little stumbling blocks in your way.
But generally
speaking, from an astrological perspective, March is an exciting month with
Jupiter, the planet of luck and abundance moving forward on 7th March, Saturn
and Mars going retrograde for quite some time and two new Moons in the same
month. The first of the two takes place on 1st March in Aquarius and in the
area of your chart to do with travel and education. You've developed a new
sense of understanding in the past years, a certain creativity and intuition
that has given you a new perspective on
life, the world and everything else. With this new Moon, your intuition is at a
peak and so is your desire to see new places in the world and people that
appeal to your creative and (now) very intuitive and even spiritual nature.
March is a month of greater optimism and I've mentioned relationships already
but connected to that is also your entire life direction and career. Both areas
in life may have seen new avenues and for some an entirely new direction.
Embarking on a new path doesn't happen over night and the recent retrograde
periods of Jupiter and your ruler Mercury have given you the time to get your
thoughts straight. Gemini is a mutable sign and you have to do things a few
times and look at things from all perspectives before you move forward - now
it's all systems go. Money also plays a part in this and where previously you
looked into savings plans, options for loans and mortgages, this month, you are
ready to make a decision in this area.
As the month
goes on, your home life and environment becomes a more pressing matter. First
through the full Moon on 16th March in Virgo which brings an issue to do with
the home to an end or provides a natural conclusion. This full Moon is likely
to be connected to finances so for those Geminis looking for a home or
releasing money for a mortgage, this is the time to go press ahead. Whatever
began in September 2012 is now in its final stages or ends completely,
something to do with home and money is moving on to the next level.
This full Moon
is in the nakshatra of Hasta and is ruled by the Moon. According to ancient astrology,
this nakshatra has the power to manifest what one seeks and is a placement of
healing through the hands but also through the mind, i.e. our intellect. As
this nakashatra is ruled by the Moon, we’re also trying to protect what we have
and those we love avoiding any unnecessary disruption and risk at all cost. For
you, much of this is connected to the home now and if things are becoming
disruptive or things are developing quickly, remember that this has been coming
for some time now.
Secondly, Mars,
the planet of action, goes retrograde on 2nd March until 20th May and also
impacts your home life. You might quite literally be on the move so a certain
disruption is natural and often stress levels rise at this time. While you can
achieve a lot now, trying to do too much at once can leave you feeling as
though you've simply not done enough which in turn can make you feel
dissatisfied. Be careful not to let it out on your partner or those you live.
The second new
Moon at the end of March is in the area of your chart to do with your career
and life direction. It is conjunct Uranus, the planet of sudden and erratic
change and behaviour, forming a square with Pluto, the planet of transformation
and opposing Mars. All these planets are in angles in your chart and often, the
most life changing events take place during this time. For me and in your case,
these are connected to the your relationships and your relationship status,
your home and tied into both areas, also your finances. While for some Geminis,
career changes are on the cards (or the stars!!), the main focus is now on
