You’re in a dreamy mood Scorpio, at the moment and
so much in your chart is connected to being abroad, travelling, new experiences
and meeting people from abroad. Your ruler, Mars, moves into the sign before
yours and this always a sign of you wanting to withdraw from the world a
little, of you preparing something behind the scenes before you spring into
action in a couple of months. So, to sum it up, this is a good time to go on
holiday, distress and be by the seaside for a little while. Your health will
certainly benefit from it – the past few months were likely to be a little
stressful as you had to give your all for a project you’ve been engaged in or a
cause you followed with enthusiasm.
I’ve already mentioned it in June when Jupiter
moved into the sign of Cancer and into the area to do with higher learning, your beliefs, travelling,
academic education, publishing, teaching as well as your father and the
relationship with him. Again, all things point towards a holiday, an
expansion of your world and your point of view. This gives you a great sense of
optimism and purpose. Jupiter, together with the new Moon on 27th July,
can also spell a new beginning in relationships; for some astrologers, this
area of your chart also has to do with marriage.
The next big push this summer is that Rahu / the
North node and Ketu / the South node are changing signs. Rahu and Ketu denote
the points of intersection of the paths of the Sun and the Moon as they
transit through the sky. Therefore, Rahu and Ketu are respectively called the
North and the South nodes of the Moon. The eclipses occur when the Sun and the
Moon are at one of these points. Wherever Rahu travels through denotes the area
in the chart where the most change, disruption but ultimately growth happens. For the next 18 months, you have your
eyes on the prize, you want to award, the accolades and you want to be part of
that special group. Your income via bonuses, profits and your social circle
could receive a boost and the people you connect with now come from all kinds
of places, growing in number and significance to your life. You want to achieve
now and certainly in a material sense. You have had Pluto in your income sector
for a long time now and now that also Rahu travels through one your money
zones, you may feel particularly lucky now. Especially your friends and
business associates are the ones that can point you in the right direction and
slip you the business card of that contact that will be key to future financial
success. You don’t mind not being the centre of attention this month – your time
will come further down the line when Mars moves into your sign.

together with Pluto is a bit of an intense one
and brings money matters to a
close – perhaps with a bang and concludes what began in January 2013. It carries a lot of potential to increase your
finances, get a pay rise or ask for one – it certainly is a time when money is
on your mind and you are asked to manage outstanding issues and unresolved
problems to do with your finances. This
full Moon is in the nakshatra of Purvashada and is ruled by Venus. The meaning
of this nakshatra is that of Early Victory and the invincible sea; wealth is
said to be consistently high and this is generally a generous and positive Moon
and gives a natural ability to organise and manage but with a tendency to jump
to conclusions. Nevertheless, one that has
an element of optimism and a taste
of the big wide world.
