April 2014 horoscope - Aries

Happy birthday Aries! Aries, although this is a month of progress and forward movement, there will probably be a big sigh of relief once the next four weeks are over. There is a lot to get through, to discuss and sort out when it come to relationships. A lot of what is being discussed and what emerges is a left over from what you already dealt with in December through to February. I can't promise you that there won't be any arguments but what you have learnt, more than any other sign, in the past two years is to put up some boundaries and learn what is acceptable for you and what isn't in relationships. So this is a month where you can put that into practice - you'll have to express what is on your mind, what you find too challenging in the relationship and what you can't tolerate any longer. So, yes, there is s little bit of conflict in the air but nothing you haven't dealt with in the past few months already. But, despite all the tensions and perhaps quite literally opposition you're exposed to, it is a month of progress.

 

Think about what happened around October 2012 and what continued around mid-July 2013 - this is moving into its final stages with the lunar and the solar eclipses taking place this month. Generally speaking, eclipses are tied to changing circumstances which over the past 18 months, and most likely more, have become necessary for your growth. The first eclipse on 15^th April 2014 is a lunar eclipse in the area of your chart to with relationships as well as your home environment. Perhaps you have been thinking about moving in with your partner and further commitment has been on the agenda or a sticking point. Generally speaking, lunar eclipses are relationship-oriented and a time when we suddenly realise a great need or want. The impact can bring certain relationships to an end but it can also have the opposite effect. Some couples realise they can’t live without each other. Eclipses usually entail a change in status, so a break in the path, a milestone and a tipping point. This is the last one in the series of eclipses across the Libra and Aries axis so some of the same issues of the past year may crop up again, especially those that have continued to fester underneath the surface. But this time, you'll be able or willing to solve them once and for all. 

 

The solar eclipse on 28^th April 2014 is then a new beginning, a new cycle and a break from the old path. While you may not know exactly what the new path looks and feels like - the Sun that gives light and insight, the Moon blocks the light of the Sun temporarily – a new spiral of personal development is set into motion. Aries, this is not only your annual new beginning but a new cycle of emotional stability, a new relationship cycle as well as a new beginning around the home life. Mercury, the planet of communication, is also in the mix, so contracts may be exchanged around this time. 

 

April is an intense month and again, a lot is shifting for you, progressing and coming to the surface. While something has to give, something else will come into your life instead, especially to do with relationships and your home. Have a great month, Aries!
