Libra,
what an action packed and intense month you have got coming up to say the
least. For some, even a life changing month. This is a month where your life
direction comes under scrutiny and something in your ‘status’ changes. Some of
it is connected to your work – you are now widely regarded for your innovative
and competitive qualities, for your caring qualities and your vitality. Not that this
is not always the case anyway but you appear with a vibrant personality and your typical charismatic appearance. At work, you are now inspiring confidence in other people and others
show their trust in you – you are very apt at proving the right structures for
a successful work environment and of course your career progression. If you
have been working towards a promotion or a bonus, you can now reap the rewards
during this highly intense month.
April
is also a month of relationships and part of you now prefers private liaisons and
imaginary relationships
to the real deal. Until the summer, you need to be careful of unrealistic expectations with this placement
and be aware that there is an element of conflict that surrounds relationships or at least
there seems to
be the
expectation of disagreements and arguments which should be avoided. Your
partner is not the enemy! But
in any case, there is a strong need for privacy now and you or your partner may be emotionally or
physically withdrawn, or your partner is abroad for a long time or very often.
This could also just be the other end of the country – anywhere where your partner can’t easily be reached
– or vice versa! You
may also fantasise a lot about a partner and imagine how wonderful life could be; that’s why this is such an
overly romantic and often unrealistic placement - until you recognise this
pattern. Equally, you also
need to be careful not to brush conflict under the carpet quite so readily these days.
A lot of what
you’re thinking of during the first three weeks of April has to do with your
health, perhaps financial worries, debt and a certain level of inner conflict
and you pick up on what began or progressed in July 2013 – whatever
circumstances, people and situations you dealt with then are moving into their
final stages with the lunar and the solar eclipses taking place this month. Eclipses are
tied to changing circumstances which over the past 18 months, and most likely
more, have become necessary for your growth. The first eclipse on 15th April 2014 is
a lunar eclipse in the area of your chart to with your ‘self’, body and how
other people see you. Connected to your work and life direction, this is a time
of completion of a certain project, task but also, as I mentioned before, a
change in status of some sort. Generally speaking, lunar eclipses are
relationship-oriented and a time when we suddenly realise a great need or want.
The impact can bring certain relationships to an end but it can also have the
opposite effect. Some couples realise they can’t live without each other.
Eclipses usually entail a change in status, so a break in the path, a milestone
and a tipping point. This is the last one in the series of eclipses across the
Libra and Aries axis so some of the same issues of the past year may crop up
again, especially those that have continued to fester underneath the surface.
Think about what happened around October 2012 and then again around mid-July
2013. Your now able to finally move on and leave the past behind. This can
include a break-up as well as an engagement and a marriage.
The solar
eclipse on 28th April 2014 is then a new beginning, a new cycle and a break from
the old path. While you may not know exactly what the new path looks and feels
like - the Sun that gives light and insight, the Moon blocks the light of the
Sun temporarily – but a new spiral of personal development is set into motion. For
you, it’s all about relationships and how these impact your future path and
life direction. Many Libras end phase of
being on their own, perhaps in anticipation of the North node/ Rahu moving on
in July after an 18 month stint in your sign. During this time the focus was on
you and you alone but this final eclipse in your partnership sector may be a
time where you consciously decide that you have now learnt your lessons and
it’s time to team up!
April is an
intense month not only due to the eclipses but also due to the squares and
oppositions between Uranus, Pluto, Mars and Jupiter. These mainly affect the
areas in your chart to do with the mind, selling, travelling, teaching,
thinking, learning and mentoring. So while these are not very tangible areas,
transits here are not less powerful as they have a profound impact on your
‘wisdom’, understanding of the world and your beliefs. Have a great month,
