Happy birthday
Pisces, it’s still your birthday month and quite an important one too with a
solar and a lunar eclipse taking place. However, you start off April as a busy
bee. Others are placing demands on you and your time and you spend a lot of
time listening to their worries. Others are coming to you for advise now as
they feel you are someone who really understands them. While you might find
this flattering to start with, especially is this is a romantic partner,
perhaps someone you recently met, it can soon wear thin and as I said in last
month’s horoscopes, your fuse is shorter than usual and once you had enough of
others putting their own needs before yours, you can become a little
argumentative. Putting that aside, if you are single and looking then April is
not a bad month to put some effort into this area of your life or send a wish
to the universe or manifest what it is you want in a partner etc. You are
attracting ‘things’ to you at the moment and the kind of partner that you’re
looking for, someone who knows what they want and has their feet on the ground
but still appreciates your creative and intuitive nature, could be out there
now. This could also be someone who appears as kind of a mentor to you.
So the
possibility of meeting someone is there or, alternatively, if you are in a
relationship you may have to work on some underlying relationship matters now.
However, what I think is coming through more strongly and what you may need to
spend some of your energy on is money and home. Perhaps this also has to do
with a partner, if not then your career – perhaps you are working from home,
for example as an after school teacher or as a property developer, both are
possibilities. A lot of what you’re thinking of is around your sense of
security and your overall home environment, where you live and with whom. You
may be thinking about moving in with your partner or even set up business with
someone else from home, a business that allows you to be very creative. In any
case, you pick up on what began in July 2013 and for some of you, this can
quite simply also involve a house sale or purchase.
If this is the
case, then whatever financial matters you had to deal with over the past two or so years is now paying
some dividends or at least is moving into its final stages with the lunar and
the solar eclipses taking place this month. Generally speaking, eclipses are
tied to changing circumstances which over the past 18 months, and most likely
more, have become necessary for your growth. The first eclipse on 15th April 2014 is
a lunar eclipse in the area of your chart to with others’ resources and money,
bank loans, inheritance, insurance matters, psychology and transformation.
Generally
speaking, lunar eclipses are relationship-oriented and a time when we suddenly
realise a great need or want. The impact can bring certain relationships to an
end but it can also have the opposite effect. Some couples realise they can’t
live without each other. Eclipses usually entail a change in status, so a break
in the path, a milestone and a tipping point. This is the last one in the
series of eclipses across the Libra and Aries axis so some of the same issues
of the past year may crop up again, especially those that have continued to
fester underneath the surface. Think about what happened around October 2012
and then again around mid-July 2013 – matters of joint finance, bank loans,
inheritance and wills, intimacy, relationship break-ups or even issues around
children could have surfaced over and around these time periods. Now, you have
the chance to put an end to it or external circumstances will force you to do
so.
The solar
eclipse on 28th April 2014 is then a new beginning, a new cycle and a break from
the old path. While you may not know exactly what the new path looks and feels
like - the Sun that gives light and insight, the Moon blocks the light of the
Sun temporarily – but a new spiral of personal development is set into motion. In my
opinion, a lot of what you can grab hold of now has to do with finances, for
sure, your income and your possessions. Perhaps you are paying back a loan, you
get a mortgage on a house approved or a sale goes through.
April is an
intense month not only due to the eclipses but also due to the squares and
oppositions between Uranus, Pluto, Mars and Jupiter – all of which are in the
angular houses or in the four pillar houses that form the basis of your chart
(and your life!). So, again, a lot is shifting for you, progressing and coming
to the surface. While something has to give, something else will come into your
life instead, especially to do with money, possessions and your creativity. You
end the month with Venus in your sign, exalted and happy, so both money and
love looks a lot better than it did at the beginning of the month and romance
could become quite an animated part of your life now. Have a great month,
